Our car demoliton plant is responsible for both motor vehicles' dismantling and recycling. We have demolition parts especially for Japanese and European cars.

Right of return and exchange

There is a 14-day return and exchange right for store and mail order sales. In other words, you have 14 days to report the return and then another 14 days to return the product. The returned product must be unused.

Please note that there is a right of return:

  • If/when the spare part is professionally installed.
  • Only after you have received the return code.
  • On the engine, gearbox and rear axle for 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • All other parts are valid for 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For electrical parts you get 70 % back of the purchase price.

Exceptions, not redeemable:

  • Packages returned as cash on delivery or express delivery.
  • If the shipping package has been opened, we will only replace it if it has an error or defect which could not have been determined without opening the package.
